Measured building surveys present the structure, internal and external features, and services of buildings, which are essential for property redevelopment, property extensions and building restoration.
We provide high-quality and precise building representations that include structural elements, floor plans, architectural details, elevations and cross-sections presented as scaled survey drawings. Our services include Floor Plans, Elevations and Sections in standard scales of 1:50, 1:100, and 1:200, among others.
We provide a wide range of 3D modelling services. We employ our skills and experience to create high-quality 3D models of any items, from little buildings to enormous constructions. Our models contain 3D visuals in Sketchup as well as animations of houses, workplaces and other structures.
Our architectural services include surveying houses, creating accurate scaled drawings of existing properties and working up full-scaled planning application drawings.
Planning Permission is usually required if you intend to alter the appearance of your home in any way with an extension, conservatory or loft conversion or should you wish to change the use or divide part of a building for use as a separate dwelling.

The purpose of building regulations is to safeguard people’s safety, health, and welfare in and around buildings; building regulations approval is required to include but are not limited to building extensions, loft conversions and converting garages into habitable rooms
We produce detailed construction drawings with comprehensive information for building regulations approval and the construction team. New buildings and most alterations to existing properties require approval from the Building Regulations Officer or Inspector.
Title plans are created to support the property description in the register by providing a graphic representation & identifying the general extent of the land in a registered title.
Lease plans are accurate drawings that identify what land area is included in the lease. You may be required to have a lease plan for selling your property.
We produce land registry-compliant leases or title plans. A measured survey of your property will be required. However, a measured survey will not be necessary if you have scaled floor plans in DWG, jpeg, pdf formats, or hard copy.
